With best greetings ,
Referring the previous recommendations and in view of establishing and strengthening international peace as one of the main goals of the sport , we propose the followings:
Isn't it the best opportunity for the World Cup Tournaments or for the Asian Olympic to be held in the Korean Subcontinent for the union of the North Korea and South Korea ?
How nice it is for all to witness that the United Korea will hold the World Cup Tournament !
This can be achieved through the efforts and the volition of the Korean nation with the assistance of other nations.
Therefor , FIFA should consult with the United Nations in this regard . I believe . we can take necessary actions in two steps as follows :
1- The U.S. forces shuold leave the regin ;
2- International Atomic Energy Organization should have permission to inspect the atomic centers of North Korea ;
The North Korea is requested to give its atomic weapons to the United Nations to make this action a model for other atomic powers .
This will be a plan for all government to disarm the atomic weapons in the world . In this way , football as a favorite and popular sport will englighten the way to peace .
( There should be held a joint meeting of all parliamentary represetatives of the South Korea and North Korea to declare public amnesty to stop prosecution.)
